RotoSweepTM

RotoSweepTM is a revolutionary new product for maintaining dryer
fabric cleanliness and improving drying efficiency. Continuous
cleaning is achieved with a rotating brush mounted to a trolley
that traverses the width of the fabric in a continuous or intermittent
mode of operation. The brush is cleaned through the centrifugal
action of its rotation, expelling the contaminents into a collection
pan or gathering them with a vacuum system.
Brush and traversing mechanisms are driven by electric motors. When not in operation
the brush can be retracted away from the fabric by an air cylinder.
