Our management team is comprised of individuals with nearly 80 years combined experience serving the Pulp and Paper Industry.
Michael Bricco
- President, CEO
Mike brings 27 years of paper industry experience to Vibre-Tech. Mike's experiences include Paper Machine Management, Technical Paper Specialist and Technical Service Representative.
Duties and responsibilities have included operation and management of paper machines, technical sales and service support and paper machine troubleshooting.

Dale Reynebeau, P.E.
- Vice President, COO
Dale is a Licensed Professional Engineer and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Electrical Engineering. Dale has 12 years experience in the Paper Industry in production, engineering, and maintenance.
Duties and responsibilities have included detailed design of paper machine components, development of process control systems, structural design and vibration analysis. Dale was instrumental in the start-up and operation of a company providing coating applicator products.

R. Fritz Jilek, Ret.
- Business Development Advisor
Fritz's entire career has been spent in the engineering, marketing, and administration of business providing the paper industry with machinery. Most recently, Fritz was President of Voith International until his retirement in 1995.
Fritz holds patents for paper machine reel and single tier drying improvements and has had the opportunity to speak at several PIMA and TAPPI meetings at both the regional and national levels.

Mike Romenesko, P.E.
- Technical Service Engineer
Mike is a Licensed Professional Engineer and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA. He has 19 years experience in the Paper and Coating Industries in engineering, sales and maintenance.
Duties and responsibilities have included project management, detailed design engineering and start-up of heavy industrial equipment as well as pre-sale application engineering.

Jerry Kerkhoff
- Operations Manager
Jerry became a member of the estimating department at Voith Inc. in 1978. Over the next 25 years Jerry held management positions in the estimating, purchasing, order entry, standards, and special products departments.
Jerry also worked as project manager on two successful tissue machine installations.

Eugene Lewis

Eugene brings 24 years of paper making experience to Vibre-Tech. Eugene’s experiences include Assistant Superintendent Paper, Maintenance supervisor Paper Department, Paper machine supervisor and Process Engineer Pulping. Eugene has a B.S. Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
